In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are drafting this statement to provide insight into how personal data is processed.
- Use
The personal data will only be used within the framework of the assignment and never made available to third parties.
BeCore uses personal data in the context of its own business operations.
This mainly concerns the name and address details of clients, potential clients (who fill in the contact form, for example) and those involved in the projects.
The use is administrative and supports the implementation of the projects and the financial settlement thereof. Invoices are shared with the accountant.
In addition, personal information is collected from potential candidates in the event of recruitment and selection procedures or the use of third parties (for example consultants, experts by experience and coaches). In addition to the usual name and address details, this also concerns information such as an enclosed Curriculum Vitae, results of tests and exams and the communication about this.
- Availability, modification and destruction
Upon request, all information will be destroyed upon completion of the project or the selection procedure.
In any case, the information will be destroyed after 3 years.
All personal information is available upon request of the person concerned.
Any errors will be corrected as soon as possible after notification by the person concerned. All personal data will always be immediately deleted if the person concerned so requests.
- Liability and complaints
Any complaints regarding the use of personal data can be submitted to the Dutch privacy regulator (GDPR laws: AVG).
BeCore is not liable for the way in which providers of drives test, test color (such as AEM Cubes), assessments and psychological tests deal with their data storage.
- Version control
BeCore reserves the right to change these privacy regulations. Modified versions will be dated and published on our website.
